With a Masters Degree in Business & Human Resource Management, I have spent many years advising senior leaders on how to better shape their businesses and people and several years ago, I set up my own consultancy to specialise in exactly that

Our Story
Although I love what I do, there was something missing in my work. I felt a burning desire to add more tangibility and less restriction into my offering. Something that would complement what I already do and where there would be absolute opportunity to make a real difference in the world

My curiosity and personal interest in art, design and technology has always inspired me to notably observe the surroundings that I find myself within. Whether we realise it or not, when we walk into a room, be this a living, working or social environment, the ambience that it projects has the power to positively or negatively influence our mood and thought process
As a people professional, I constantly champion the benefits of positive mental health as well as engage in wellbeing and psychology consultations. So why not leverage off this to create an amazing opportunity of pairing skill, knowledge and expertise with an exquisite eye for smart, elegant and innovative design
Fast forward on, with an imminent graduation in Interior Design, partnerships formed with highly skilled building experts and a huge investment in new found software skills, I am pleased to introduce De Emelle
